  • When do I need to make my Christmas order so it arrives on time? When is the shop open during the holidays?
    Please make your orders until: Switzerland: December 14th, 2022 International: At least three weeks before Until December 30th, 2022 you can also shop your Naked Chocolate products directly at this Pop-Up Store in Lucerne. Holiday Break December & January: The online shop is always open and you can make orders, please note that cacao is only produced from Monday to Friday and after Christmas only on December 29th and then again from January 5th. Christmas Holidays: From December 24th until December 28th (December 29th is a day of production and shipping) and from December 30th until January 4th, there is no Cacao Production. You can still make orders, you simply have to add more production days until you receive it.
  • What is an FAQ section?
    An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about you or your business, such as “Where do you ship to?”, “What are your opening hours?” or “How can I book a service?” It’s a great way to help people navigate your site and can even boost your site’s SEO.
  • How much does shipping cost and take in Switzerland? What happens if my package doesn't arrive?
    For shipping in Switzerland, there are the following options to choose from: A Post (CHF 10.50) Takes 1-2 days (Mo-Fr) to arrive after the production Free A-Post shipping if you spend CHF 180.-. or more B Post (CHF 8.50) Takes 2-3 days (Mo-Fr) to arrive after the production Free B-Post shipping if you spend CHF 150.-. or more Please note the following: -You'll receive a tracking code for your order once it is shipped. -All shipping packaging will be if possible recycled and reused - so it might not look as pretty and styled but is better for the planet. ​ -Please note that the orders will be only shipped if you've paid your order. ​ -It is also possible to pick up your order in Zurich by choosing the pick-up option. Please check out the next question and answer field. -Please note that once the order is shipped or placed in the mailbox for pick up, the ownership transfers to you and it is your responsibility to make sure you pick it up on time or contact post.ch through the tracking code about the delivery.
  • Can I pick up my order?
    It is possible to pick up your order in Zurich City or at an event by choosing the pick-up option. Option 1: You can contactless pick your cacao order from the mailbox in Zurich Kreis 9 (Triemli). Production takes 5-7 working days (Mo-Fr) until it is ready for picking up (if it is urgent, write it in the notes clearly as you order). Please email hello@aleksnikolic.com immediately after ordering or in the notes as you order which day and time window (send me 1-2 options) you'd like to pick up the package after production. Option 2: If you join a Cacao Ceremony or Yoga Class, you can pre-order your Cacao at least 3 full days before the event and let me know in the notes which event you're joining. I will then bring your cacao order to the event.
  • Do you have a physical store? Are you joining any local markets?
    On May 6th Naked Chocolate will be with a stand at Frau Gerolds Market in Zurich. I'd love to see you there. There will be ceremonial cacao blends by Naked Chocolate to try and delicious two-ingredient ceremonial chocolate by Vaicacao. Fingers crossed we can join Micas Night Market in July and Frau Gerolds Garden in September again. If you join an event with Aleks, you can also see a selection of Naked Chocolate products and buy them directly. If you're looking for something specific, you can pre-order it at least three days before and Aleks will take it to the event. Sometimes Aleks joins local markets / pop-up stores with Naked Chocolate, where you can try the cacao and shop it. The best is to follow Naked Chocolate on Instagram and register for the Cacao Letter to stay up to date. At the moment there are no markets planned but if yes, you'll find them listed here. If you are a store, yoga studio, pop-up space, or market and would love to sell the Naked Chocolate products, please send an email to hello@aleksnikolic.com with your offer and request.
  • How long does the production of the Naked Chocolate products take?
    Naked Chocolate Ceremonial Cacao Blends are so far a one-woman show, where Aleks Nikolic produces each Cacao Blend freshly in a slow hand-crafted process from the production of the blends, packaging it, preparing, and shipping the order. The production takes currently 7-10 business days (Mo-Fr). Needing your cacao until a specific date? If you need your Cacao before that, please make your order through the online shop and write in the notes the exact date you need the order to arrive. I will get in touch with you via email and let you know if that is possible. In case I can't promise you that the order will arrive, I will, of course, transfer you the money back. If you're in Zurich City, pick-up could also be a faster option as I can't take responsibility for post.ch delivery.
  • Are you shipping internationally?
    For shipping internationally, there are the following flat rate options to choose from: Most of Europe CHF 35.- flat rate Takes 4-12 days (Mo-Fr) to arrive after the production depending on the country (you can check on www.post.ch) Free Shipping if you spend CHF 240.- or more Internationally CHF 45.- flat rate Takes 5-14 days (Mo-Fr) to arrive after the production depending on the country (you can check on www.post.ch) Free shipping if you spend CHF 250.- or more No custom costs and taxes are included for international shipping: Please note that there may be extra taxes and customs costs to pay when a package arrives from Switzerland. The best is if you check with your national post office/tax department prior to ordering as Naked Chocolate Ceremonial Cacao Blends can't give you more information on this and it is your responsibility.
  • What are the terms and conditions for making an order? What if my order doesn't arrive?
    By placing an order on the www.ceremonialcacaoblends.com website, you agree that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions of our returns, cancellations, and shipping policies, detailed on this page. ​ Cancellations for Physical Orders: If you submit an order cancellation request, we may or may not be able to stop the order before it is sent to you. We will do our best but if we are unable to stop the order before it goes out, you may return it as detailed in our policy above. It is possible to cancel your order within 1 hour of ordering. If there are extra costs charged by the payment providers, they will be invoiced to you. ​ Address Change for Physical Orders: If you need to update the shipping address on your address, please contact us immediately at hello@aleksnikolic.com with the correct address and we will do our best to update it before the order goes out. ​ What happens if your order hasn't arrived yet: 1. Please check the status of the shipping on www.post.ch with your tracking code. 2. Contact the local post office and ask your neighbors, making sure no one else has picked it up for you. 3. Please note that we are a very small business and we can't offer refunds for stolen/lost goods unless the post.ch admits their mistake and then you can get in touch directly with them. Make sure you specify your delivery wishes once you get the tracking code directly with the post office. 4. If you're picking up your order, note that once I place it in the mailbox on the day and during the time window you noted, the ownership goes to you and it is your responsibility to pick it up on time and since the mailbox is publicly accessible, I can't guarantee for the risks involved.
  • Return & Exchange Policy
    Generally, there are no refunds or returns on opened packages as this is a food item. Of course, we're human and mistakes happen. In case we made a mistake, let us know within two weeks after purchase and send a picture to hello@aleksnikolic.com and specify the mistake. ​ Summer Time: There are no refunds on melted cacao as it is still usable and doesn't interfere with the health and energetic properties of the cacao. If it arrives melted, place it in the fridge or freezer and then use a knife to chop pieces off the block. If you have any concerns or questions, send us a picture to hello@aleksnikolic.com There are no refunds on products that are not delivered on time as they will be shipped within the specified production and shipping days by Aleks through Swiss Post. If you need an order until a specific date, specify as you order and I'll let you know if that is possible. If none of the cases 1, 2, or 3 above are valid, please get in touch with us via hello@aleksnikolic.com with a picture of the packaging, your order number in the subject line, and your full name and return the product within 14 days back to Aleks Nikolic to the following address: Aleksandra Nikolic, Wydäckerring 51, 8047 Zürich, Schweiz. We are not able to refund shipping charges. If the product arrives back at Aleks Nikolic melted, an additional 15% restocking fee will apply. To avoid this, please ship in original packaging with a cold ice pack during summertime from June until August or when the temperature is 25 or above grad celsius. Please note that we can't refund you the return shipping costs, so make sure the postage and package are sufficient.
  • Pre-Orders April
    I'm expecting a new batch of freshly ground Guatemalan Cacao (limited availability) soon & the cacao blend production will restart on April 20th, 2023. Thanks so much for your orders.
