By placing an order on the Naked Chocolate website (www.naked-chocolate.com), you agree that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions of our returns, cancellations, and shipping policies, detailed on this page below.
There are no refunds or returns on opened packages as this is a food item
There are no refunds on melted cacao as it is still usable and doesn't interfere with the health and energetic properties of the cacao. If it arrives melted, place it in the fridge or freezer and then use a knife to chop pieces off the block. If you have any concerns and questions, send us a picture to
There are no refunds on products that are not delivered on time as they will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days by Naked Chocolate through Swiss Post.
If none of the cases 1, 2 or 3 above are valid, please get in touch with us via with a picture of the packaging, your order number in the subject line and full name and return the product within 14 days back to Naked Chocolate to following address: Aleksandra Nikolic, Limmatstrasse 182, 8005 Zürich, Schweiz. We are not able to refund shipping charges. If the product arrives back at Naked Chocolate melted, an additional 15% restocking fee will apply. To avoid this, please ship in original packaging with a cold ice pack during summertime from June until August. Please note that we can't refund you the return shipping costs, so make sure the postage and package are sufficient.
If you submit an order cancellation request, we may or may not be able to stop the order before it is sent to you. We will do our best but if we are unable to stop the order before it goes out, you may return it as detailed in our policy above.
If you need to update the shipping address on your address, please contact us immediately (firstname.lastname@example.org) with the correct address and we will do our best to update it before the order goes out.
All items purchased from Naked Chocolate are made in conformance to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and ownership for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. If you want us to register the parcel by Swiss Post, so it is protected, please let us know as you place your order. Additional costs may apply.
It is your responsibility as a customer to provide the correct, deliverable, physical address for delivery. For undeliverable shipments returned to us, please send an updated delivery address to with your order number in the subject line. We will send you an invoice for postage to send to the new address. Once the original shipment returns to us, we can send it out again, and hopefully, it will make it the second time!
All these terms and conditions also apply for you picking up the cacao correctly and on time, knowing that if choosing to pick up your cacao at a pick-up station, the ownership passes to you. This means that the risk of loss and ownership for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
